Question=bark Collar

I have used the tr-tronic bark coller and they worked GOOD......now that Garman bought them out ..i have one of the new style ones with the dile on it and the battery does not seem to last..i replace the battery..still..does not seem to work...frustrated....is it the unit...any help would be aperated..
