Better pups
What's the better pedigree to get blue pups from?
Kind of a loaded question. I don't think there's a right or wrong line as long as it puts the coon up a tree. JMO
But put in some research time on the popular lines like Jet, Hammer, uchtmann for example. Try and talk to a bunch of people on the phone rather than on here. You'll get better info faster. IMO
I'm saving money to get a pup and just wanted to know what some of your guys favorite were that's all didn't mean for it to sound rude
Thank you for the advice

You hit the nail right on the head I have so friends that hunt. Iv went with them alot. Just want to know my stuff before I make a decision and thanks for your help
Scott has given sound advice. I would like to add... because I have went through quite a few dogs only to be left disappointed and to the point of giving up.
Look at what the parents of the pup have thrown before. Some are fine coon dogs but very, very poor reproducers.
Try to avoid, to start with, first time pups. Meaning the pups are the first litter the parents have produced. Nothing wrong with those types but to get a better understanding of what your pup might be you want something to go off, older pups etc...
This might makes some folks mad but oh well... If someone is getting rid of a dog/pup or is selling it real cheap. 9 times out of 10 there is a really good reason.
Try to hunt with both parents. That will give you an idea of what to possibly expect out of your pup.
BE PAITENT!!!! Not all pups turn on young. Give the dog PLENTY of time and DO NOT rush it.

I have a real nice male pup here if your truly wanting a nice pup. The choice is yours. Out of the current top reproducing sire Tucker's Boomer. His dam needs just 1 nitech. win in hunts to be a dual grand. Her sire is number 2 on the current list. Nice pup,has all shots except for rabies. Good looking pup with good mouth bred real nice.Been wormed and well taken care of. If interested he's yours for free. Just come pick him up and consider it an early Christmas present from me and save your money to buy a new light or something else you'll need on down the road. Choice is yours to make and the pup is waiting for someone like you to take him home!! Pup is also permently paid up in the performance program in UKC! My phone number is listed below. if no answer, leave a message, name and phone number and I'll call you back! Danny G.
