I remember watching Dan Issell And Mike Casey ,,but the person I miss most is Caywood,,we use to turn down the Volume on the TV and set the radio in front of it,,and listen to him.

i can remember rupp show& going over watching the freshman
games.the aba all star in freedom hall get up watching the
delayed games.Tom Parker was the 1st guy i followed.
i was like most kids i would rather play than watch still
cant watch most football and baseball.

Villiinova don,t have enought size in side to go in where come MARCH let a bad UCONN. team beat them at home KENTUCKY beat uconn. on the road and there so inexperience and that was at the start of the season think how much better K.Y. has got since then.

Nova did not play well no doubt but there's not much ANY team can do when UCONN starts the second half by making there first 8 shots. What a joke they haven't shot well all year. UCONN better throw a party for Walker because that was by far the best game of his career. UCONN pulled one out of there ASS. They still have no shot at making the tournament so them winning was meaningless.

One thing UCONN knew is that they HAD HAD HAD to win that game to have any hope of goin to the tourney.

Is said on the halftime report that Kentucky was 5-9 in there last 9 road games. What a JOKE that is. Watch them strugle tonight away from there little home court.

Well see Perry they told themselves we need to win this game to have any hope of goin so they played there heart out (mainly Walker)

But we all know they don't have a shot being in the bottom half of the BIG EAST. UCONN is not a bad team they have alot of talent they just didn't have team chemistry all year until last night. Imagine that. I can guarantee you all weekend all they heard was " WE HAVE TO WIN THIS GAME " They wanted it more and they got it. Villinova gets a week off now and they will show up ready against Pitt yoyu can bet on that.

Kansas pulled another win out of there hind quarters. My gosh i'm sick of watching them I don't know why I do it. They are a good team but at times struggle BAD on the offense side of things. There defense along with Aldrich smacking everyone around is tough to get by. He averages probably 15 true fouls a game and they call 3 to 4 a game on him.

Nova beat West Virginia AND Geargtown 2 top 1 0 teams. Who can Kentucky bragabout beating?

I don't wonder why Kentucky is consistantly at the top. I know. Some things just are. We've had (with a couple of noticable exceptions) great coaches, who have recruited talented players for a program that is traditionally one of the best in the country. That's it in a nutshell. Seven NCAA titles, only UCLA has more.

And we are used to other people not liking that. Heck, when Hall's team won the whole thing, the kids were criticised for not having enough fun that year. Hello? Knocking a team for being too focused on their way to the top? That makes no sense, when you think about it.
