I tend to agree here..but U K is still getting better each game...come tourny time they will be hard to stop.

Now .one thing that gets me..is U K was the last undefeated team this season, then when they got beat ,drops in the rankings. I feel being the last undeafeated team .when they got their lost they should of remained # 1.

UK will definetly be a tuff out come tourney time....I have got to watch them a couple times.... the only thing I see is defensive intensity is lacking at times.... they know they can score on most anybody at will.... they keep that in check and its a win.....

So far, I like Kansas and Syracuse, but it looks to be an open field this year.

Deep? LOL that's a good one. They are led by 3 freshmen and they will NOT go deep in the tourney. There freshmen mistakes will lead them into to many tournovers they woln't be able to overcome. The SEC is not only bad they are horrible this year along with the PAC-10, which is a didaster this year.

Villinova has made it to the Sweet 16 3 out of the past 4 years and they will continue this year.

Kansas is very good but needing to go to overtime to beat a pathetic Colorado team is not good, Then not playing Nebraska tuff at home. They will have a tough outing against a downhill Texas team tonight.

A team nobody seems to be talking baout is Syracuse. Though I hate them they are VERY good this year maybe better then Villinova.

Youre comment against Georgetown. They are a PATHETIC ROAD TEAM. The only good teams they can beat is at home where they shoot the ball over 60% latlely. You can't defend 3's 5 feet behind the line. Clark had the game of his life knocking down 6 three pointers which he hasn't made 3 in a game all year.

The best team isnt always the winner in basketball. Mr. Mo sure likes to jump around. I'd still say the best team is Kansas but march is mystical lol

As bad as hate to say it Uk looks tought this year with Cousins and wall and a forgotten star patterson. I believe this could be Tenn year they are underrated and playing good. Believe bringing back other players hurt them in the loses to Uga and Vandy. See how good they are on Sat when get Uk done beat Ku though so why not Uk

Oh ya the ACC is down this year that is very unusual, but have to say basketball and baseball is the most even playing field in college sports small schools have a chance.

How many temas in the country could travel to West Virginia and dominate the whole game? Not many but Villinova did it last night even with horrible offiacials against them. Nova shot 2 free throws in the first half and West Virginia shot 14.

I feel sorry for Texas they went from decent to drop dead terrible.

I think Kansas is good but needing overtime to win 2 games in a row just doesn't impress me especialy when one of them was the worst team in the Big 12.

You should quit your job and see if espn is hiring a college sports analyst. You seemed to know it all during football season and now with basketball. Sounds like you missed your calling

So what your saying is West Virginia took the ball to the hoop and villanova shoot jump shots. Didnt see the game but usually thats the case.

I cant stand the poor ref excuses.

Amen to that. If you've ever played any sport, they teach (or should have taught) that you never leave yourself in a position to have the game decided by someone else. Hell, that even applies to life in general.

If you didn't see the game then how would you know?

If you have watched Villinova at all every guy on that roster can drive to the hoop AND shoot the ball very well. Cory Fisher and Scotty Reynolds along with the all american freshmen Waynes drive the hoop every 2 or 3 possesions.

Late in the second half the officials called offensive interference on Nova and it was clearly a BLOWN call as the ball was 2 or 3 inches off the cylinder when it was tipped in. The next possesion for West Virginia the officail called a touch foul on Novas Taylor King away from the ball and 2 seconds after the whistle blew West Virginias player made a three. They counted the three AND put them on the free throw line. That was a 7 point turn around in 30 seconds. Officials can dictate the way they want the game to go you better believe that.

Jason, you are clearly right I have missed my calling. Thanks for pointing that out.

I have played baseball since the age of 5 I know about umpires and basketball oficials. If they don't like you youre not going to get the call. Some umpires enjoy blowing calls just to see who they can get upset and how youre going to react.
