I understand the participating part but I guess I fail to see the difference in spectating a hunt and watching a bench show, field trail or water race. A cast certainly would be on private or public land. I would think the really bad ones would be barred from the club also. I've known several that were barred and are good people , then and now. Just broke a rule or was involved somehow at the time. These are usually small fines and short suspention.

I THINK MARTIN IS IN GOOD STANDING WITH UKC
