A person who is suspended or barred is prohibited from the following.
#1 Transferring dogs into their name (joint of full ownership) Note: Barred or suspended individuals may sell dogs that were registered to them prior to the date of barring or suspension. However, no dogs currently registered in their name may be transferred to any family member.
#2 Using dogs that are registered in their name for breeding purposes. No offspring are eligible for registration with UKC.
#3 Signing any litter registration in any capacity.
#4 Participating in any UKC Licensed event, including, but not limited to owner, handler, back-up handler, Judge, guide, vendor, spectator, Master of Hounds, Bench Show Judge, Judge or Director for any Conformation, Performace or Companion event, and are prohibited form holding any office in any UKC approved club or association.
#5 Receiving Championship points on and dogs registered in their name (joint or full ownership.)
#6 Advertising in any UKC publication or internet site.
#7 Receiving monetary payouts from any UKC specialty program,including the performace rewards program, the beagle incentive fund program or the Merit Club program
Any violation of these sanctions or any other UKC rule or policy during the time period which the individual is barred or suspended will result in their being suspened indfinitely.
You can be on the grounds UKC can't tell other clubs what to do and who can be there but they can't have anything to do with anything.
