-- Rule ? (http://forums.ukcdogs.com/showthread.php?threadid=928415044)
Stationary would absolutely NOT apply here. It's simple any time you have a rule specifically telling you what to do in a situation that is the rule that applies. In this case we have a rule that specifically tells us what to do with dogs teeing but not declared treed when the judge arrives. Because of that you can't do anything else. Trying to apply the stationary in this case is no different than folks trying to apply "gutting the track'. Can't do it because no matter what happened you have a rule that spells out what to do exactly with a dog teeing but not declared treed when the judge arrives. Can't use any other rule to score that dog.

Let's go huntin
This is the answer I was looking for. The dog was on the tree when the cast arrived. Handler didn't hear his dog treed or it came in just before the cast arrived. It was a UKC hunt.

Minus on track only and nothing on tree . Now if the tree would have been slick then minus on track & tree . So therefore coon seen minus track only [/QUOTE]
