Carl Gudgeon's Coon

These coon were killed two years ago. The old walker male named Rounder put 5 up in one burly oak tree. 4 were taken. My dad, Carl Gudgeon, skinned two of them out but knew that he had two really big ones, so was going to try and get them to the truck, which was about 1/2 mile away. Needless to say, Dad had to stop and take a breath one too many times, so out came the skinning knife. This picture was taken of the hides as they laid across the tailgate of a full size Silverado. Unknown what the weight would've been, but it was BIG!!!
