Your own bloodline

I have a year old pitbull he is a coby+carver and not registrated and a friend of my sister have a pup that's akc registrated and it's chrenshaw+jeep. But they are asking to much with the registration. How can or could I go about getting my dog registrated and the other one too so I can start my own bloodline? Thanks alot for your time if you can help.

They are asking too much? I'm sorry do you mean the sellers are asking to much for the dog, for the papers or what exactly. Please explain so I can advise you properly.
