Jack Cooper out of Arlington Kansas is a professional scammer , not a man of his word at all .. I'm just giving people heads up ... Yes I bought a dog unseen from him but under the pretense if I don't like him he would send me my money back, well ol jack isn't a man of his word ...the man who sold him the dog even vouches " well he may as well just robbed you for what he sold that dog for " yes I found that out later ... He has you send money to his daughter morgan or any of his other daughters. If this helps the next guy out then it's worth the post ... But scammers should be brought to light ......
