.

How old is this collar. One curious question. Do you have the stock antenna on the collar that came on it or did you swap that out for an aftermarket one. I have had to answer this question in the past and if I had the collar it would be easier than say everything that could be tried. Many times with no success. However I have recruited some help from an engineer that is very interested in the operation of these collars. When I get a response, are you computer savey enough to copy an operating file from to collar and email it. That will probably what will be requested. There are many trying to get to the bottom of these issues.
Please let me know as soon as possible about the age and any swap out of the long (vhf) antenna on the collar.
Thanks for the question.

Eric I don't think this can be repaired. However we can do a couple of things. I can do a swap out like Garmin does and the cost would be $150. The collar you get back will look brand new and come with a warranty. Or you can just send it in and we can try to fix it. But with the problem you described. I have my doubt. If it was a gps antenna we could easily fix it.

You can ship it to
