Bologna or hot dogs. They usually can’t turn that down

If the dog refuses to eat ...u need to at least keep it hydrated.... Pedialyte, bluelite etc......something along those lines....(if u took it to the vet....what did the vets say ?).

I’d try cooking up some pasta (spaghetti, macaroni, shells, etc.) with some hamburg and mix in a couple raw eggs.

Pasta will put on weight quickly, dogs will often eat raw eggs when they turn down most every thing else and the hamburg should add some protein and fat. Mix up a small batch at first in case the dog won’t eat it. If he does increase the amount and feed it to the dog for 3 or 4 days. Then gradually try adding his regular dog food until he gets back to eating plain dog food.

Whenever we butcher our deer, I take a a few pounds out of the scrap and boil it for the dogs. We put it and the juice in freezer bags. Thaw them out, add rice and nuke for 5 minutes. After it cools, we give them a cup, if they eat it, we'll give them more an hr or 2 later.
