Trying to reg a litter online but it's not asking me for performance and the pups will be how doni get the performance page to come up

To be clear I got it to nominate the litter but I can't find the option to permanently nominate the pup

My dog only had one pup,so I don't wanna do the 150 for the whole litter when there wasn't but 1.and I really hate that the only option I can find is to litter nominate only,so when I register this one pup on line right now it will not say pup is permanently nominated on the papers.i gotta wait on the paper to come in the mail that says litter nominated then send it back in.but it will just go into ther system and not be on my paperwork. AND NO OFFENSE,But ukc does not have a good reputation when it comes to doing paperwork in a timely matter.
