Question on single registration

I have a dog that the papers must have been lost in the mail as ukc never get them. I have filled out and followed the procedure online but when trying to post the pics needed it wont lwt me. It says the file size is to big. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone no how to fix the issue. I cant get ahold of ukc as i dont have all day to wait on hold.

Nobody has any experiance single registeri
A ukc dog. I got the pic done bit it wanys some
Ukc proof document. Idk. Im lost. Im about to sell the
Dog cheap and let someone else register him.
Pkc makes it easy just do it at a hunt. I no his sire and dam and all his pedigree as well as his brother j boy. Any help mayne from ukc is appreciated

He is a coon treer and likento gwt him in some hunts.

EVERYBODIES papers are getting lost AT UKC .NOT THE MAIL !!
Ukc 's excuse.
They are making money off these duplicates .
Go to the front page I think betweeen 8-4.A little pop up chat will come up on the lower right if they are open. They will talk to you with in a minute
If you have all the info you can get duplicates instead of trying to single register .Don't even need UKC # if you have the right info. Forms are there for downloading to fill out

But if you really want to single register .It is possible the picture you are trying to send is copied too big for them . What ever host you are using try a different size feature . Resize it before sending

I'm sorry but I'm gonna call that comment out to be a farce. Have any items ever been temporarily "lost"? I guess if you call not every item is on everyone's desk at all times. And sometimes an employee doesn't know where everything is all the time to where they have to go "find where it's at".
