Where do I find this. I click the link and it just takes me to home page. I have called and emailed numerous times trying to find out about a performance paid litter application I sent on September 1 and can't get through.

When you go to their home page it automatically pops up on lower right corner whether you want to chat or not. But it will only pop up during business hours. I had it come up I think as early as 8:30 AM
