A lot of good choices on the market today.. it mainly comes down to what you like as far as switch setup, main beam color, weight etc..

Feel free to give me a call or text. We are a dealer of most lights on the market today and we use what we sell so I might be able to help you out

I know there are a lot of good people making some nice lights out there. We definitely live in a great time for advancements in our sport as far as equipment goes.

I'm not trying to talk down about any other light builders but, in my opinion, Bright Eyes is far and above anything else on the market. Ray Conrad has done so much research and work on these lights that it is almost not even fair to the other guys. It's like they are playing checkers and he is playing chess! Ray and his people are also going to give you the absolute best customer service in the game in the rare event that something goes wrong with one of their lights.

Do yourself a favor and buy a Bright Eyes. You won't regret it!

I use a Sonspot light. Believe it is the Inferno model. Had it about 4 years. Not one problem. Light has a lifetime warranty. It has 2 walks, 2 reds, and 3 greens. I talked to Micheal about changing it to 1 of each and he said send it to me and I will change it for nothing. Never sent it in cause I use it nearly every night but I don't know what better customer service you could ask for. As for brightness etc. I don't know that there is a lot of difference in the better lights and I'm sure I would be pleased with many of them.

Lights.....

Alot of Good Choices out there when it comes to Coon Lights.
I have Owned or Used just about every Light available.......Its True.
When it comes to True Light Innovation, Dependability, Knowledge & Great Customer Service= Superior Lights & Brighteyes Lights seem to be 2 Steps ahead of everyone else.
Sorry if that Hurts some Feelings.....But its True. I have been using Superior Lights almost 12 years & Never the first problem with any of their Lights. Been using Brighteyes Lights for about 5 years, Never the first problem with thier Lights.
Believe me.....I have been searching for a Better Light than Superior & Brighteyes......Havent found it yet.
Dont get me wrong there are other Good Ones.....its a Personal Preference.

Who has the brightest walking light? The walk light on the Brighteyes Reaper dd is very nice.Im guessing the fusion is the same.I need amber for bugs ,i think the fusion has double red no amber.I guesss you could special order one.

Double Death has a Good Walklight ......But I think the Micro Fusion is just a Tad Better. Ray might be able to put Amber in instead of Red.

Light

Buy one with a switch on the head .
You won’t go back to a light
with a battery mounted switch

I just noticed today briteeyes has a new light. VIPER.Dont really see much of a difference in it and fuzion.Same price and weight unless you get bigger batt pack.I called them and they will swap a red for a amber.I like the amber for helping with bugs.I have problems occasionally with vertigo. It sounds crazy but when using or walking with red light it makes me nauseous.Getting old is no fun.

How is the red led on the Cajun Light Rugaru? I have the voodoo plus and my bright eyes red is a lot brighter. Is it quite a bit brighter than the Voodoo? The voodoo seems to get drowned out if multiple lights are shining the tree. Other than that I like the light.

It might be a little brighter than the Voodoo.......it is definitely spread out more than the Voodoo.
Myself, I dont like a really bright red......Coons eyes show up better with a dimmer red......at least for my eyes.

I agree Mr Tim, Only reason i can see for a brighter red would be to help shoot the coon out without going to white light.I can do that with the reaper dd on bright red but a little brighter red wouldnt hurt with older man eyes ,ha.Iwould want one bulb red one amber instead of two red and no amber for bug reasons.4 yrs hunting with the reaper ,about time for a different light. All this talk about lights has me wanting a new one.Id like to see a Hellcat max in the woods before i buy another Brite eyes. But will probably go with brighteyes because its a little lighter.

Stingray Maxx

I just got my New Stingray Maxx in today, Ordered it on Wednesday & here today.....How is that for Fast....😉
Used it for a bit tonight.
2 clicks red, 2 clicks walklight, 1 click Main Beam.
Red is as bright as you will need. The Walklight is Very Good as well and actually the low Walklight is plenty bright enough to walk with.
Main Beam is Very Good.
Mounted on the ERB 67 & its Very Balanced & Lightweight.
This is a Very Very Nice Light.
Tim
