garmin Alpha ?-problem

I have the garmin alpha 100 with 2 collars, both collars are sync to the transmitter and GPS works great but haven't needed to tone or shock my hounds since I owned it. So I checked it the other day and can't get each one to tone, vibrate,or shock when I followed the owners manual. Any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance

Did you test them inside or out. Nothing works without satellite reception.

Try

Remove collars from list and turn them off and then re add them right beside the alpha...

.

From your menu. I would go into training and see how you have it set up. Make sure the functions are selected in the way you want them to operate with the proper amount of stimulation and the buttons attached in the way you want them used.

I've gone into menu probably 50 times and double checked each setting and collar but makes no difference.
