I'm wondering this too. After all the rave reviews of his book on here, I ordered it early last week. Got an automated email saying I would be notified when it was shipped. No notification yet.

Ok, no sooner than I posted this last night, this morning I received an email that my package is now on the way. So Willy must be alive and well. Interested to see what his methods are.
