This is a little off topic but seeing if you guys have any advice on what I have going on.

I bought a new zero turn mower over the summer from a local napa autoparts store. It wasn't cheap and I went with the brand because there warranty.

Well 2 months goes by and a big piece broke off the deck. I called them for repair and they picked it up. I have called several times and they keep telling me parts were ordered, shipped to the wrong place and everytime I call they just about have it done. They have had it going on 2 months.

If I demanded a refund would I have a leg to stand on? I don't want to throw a fit if I have no case.

Mowing season is over, if you like the mower you got all winter to make sure they fix it rite.

I agree and I’d probably be pissed off and try to get a refund. You asked and my 1st post would be the smartest, 2nd one would make sure they didn’t do it to me again. You would be in the rite either way.

at least make them extend your warranty by 2 months, exmark and grasshopper are the only 2 mowers built tough enough for me and never have to wait over 3 days for a repair but I deal with someone who only sells mowers .Best of luck.
