Whif/world Hunt Incentive Fund

Hello Black and Tan members. As you all should know the BNT Assoc. has a program called the WHIF program that pay's $10,000. to a BNT member if they win the UKC World hunt with a registered BNT Coonhound. Also from this Fund the Assoc. pay's $1,000. every year to the highest placing BNT male & female of the World Hunt providing they advance from the UKC Zones and the registered owners are current paid up BNT Assoc. members. The goal is to get this WHIF Account to $20,000. so when we have another UKC BNT World Champion the account would have enough funds left to pay another World Champion the following year. In all reality we need $23,000. in the account if all 3 qualifiers were matched to the max one year to have enough in the account to pay the maxed qualifiers the next year. What can we as members and Assoc. do to make this account more sustainable? As of right now the Assoc. pay's $2,000. every year even if a BNT does not win the UKC World Champion title out of the account which we need to fund raise every year. There is no payout if the top BNT male or female don't advance from the zones.
Is it time to tweak the original payout rules?
Below are some suggestions,

A - leave it like it is and pay $1,000. to high placing male and female

B - Don't pay anything unless they win the UKC World Champion Title

C - to the top male and female pay $500. if they don't advance to Friday night of the World Hunt, $1,000. if they advance to Friday night.

D - to the top male and female pay $250. if they don't advance to Friday night, $500. if they advance to Friday Night and $1,250. if they advance to the final 4 but don't win the World Championship.

E - to the top male and female pay $500. if they advance to Friday night, if they advance in the first round on Friday night but don't make the final four $1,000. and $1,500. if they make the final 4.

The ultimate goal is the UKC World Championship Title and the $10,000. pay out.

PLEASE post of which you would like to see an if You have other ideas go ahead and post them.

$1000 if they make the top 20. If one of them wins the World Hunt you would only pay another $1000 to the opposite sex dog in the top 20....

No reason not to raise at least $5000 at B&T Days. We raise that and more at a three day Army reunion with only 400-500 people attending. We do 50/50 raffles every day and other donated prizes.. You could also raise money at other big hunts that has a B&T Assc booth.
