Can anyone tell me, UKC's offical policy (rule) on the use of a cellphone during a nite hunt cast?

Basically it can be used for anything other than relaying scores to other casts,..etc. as long as it is no disrupting the cast.

Most comp hunters I've seen lately wouldn't have a clue what to do with themselves if they weren't playing on the phone or the Garmin. Long gone are the days of just listening to the hounds. Ukc says it can't be used to tell the score of the cast.

I personally hate cell phones but it dosent bother me that others play with them on a cast as there not paying attention to the dogs .
