Dog loosing voice?

I have a female that seems to be loosing her voice she does not bark in pen nor has training collar had to be used much on her she will be 4 next month. It has really gotten worse this season dog hunts fine and does not seem to be in pain. Has anybody else seen this or had this problem? I have 2 of her littermate sisters and they are fine. Loud as ever.
