It would be registration@ukcdogs.com Be sure to include your name, the dog's name & UKC number, the fact that you want to make him a 2018 Performance Sire, your credit card number, expiration date, your name exactly as it appears on the card and the billing address for the card and the fact that we have your permission to charge $100 to the card. Get the e-mail to us by close of business tomorrow to ensure we'll accept it for the $100 rate.
