The kids had fun tonight it was great having them go with me. What’s cool about this all of this is Boone now has taken all three kids on there first coon hunt. Garrett was 2 when I took him for the first time and Boone was just 1.5 years old, Hadleigh who is now 6 went with Boone on her first hunt when she was 2, and now the youngest Marlee who is 2 got to go with Boone on her first coon hunt. I’m glad they went with me for a drop!!!

Love it when kids start hunting. My 9 yr old boy is really showing an interest in hounds now.
That’s a great picture.

As far as starting out with a redbone. My dad whipped me with a leather lead strap for bringing one home once!!! I learned my lesson.
