Fleas

Guys I have tried just about everything, some two at a time. Cedar chips, seven dust, purple cow tags. Has anyone tried the seresto collars. I know this has been talked about before. Help. One more thought about the ukc world hunt. Call him a cur a mutt a digrace.. BUT ADD 2017 WORLD CHAMPION

seresto

I started using them 3 years ago. They honestly work better than anything I've ever tried. And they really do last for 8 months.

You can not beat the seresto collars for ticks and fleas both. Have used three summers now with great results. Will never see tick or fleas ion them using these. Best $52.00 a guy can spend!

I got one of the soresto collars this spring. I haven't seen any fleas this year. I treated the yard with permethrin once this spring. So far I'm impressed.

I've used the seresto collars for about 4 years they work. They say they are good for 8 months. In my experience you can probally get about 10-11 months out of them.

You can get permethrin to spray in and around the kennels or use it directly on the dogs.

I tried everything under the sun, short of diesel, which will work well. But the best thing I found was Nexgard once a month, and I haven't had a flea problen since!

You can order Nexgard from Petbucket for about half the price of what you pay anywhere else.

I have not heard this, but Dr. Hallada hopefully put in on this. I hired an exterminator to do the kennels and house. But that is a good buy from Dr. The exterminator said at a meeting they understood that some of the ointment that goes between the shoulders has lost its effectiveness. The fleas have built up an immunity.

Roy google domyownpestcontrol
Order you some Taurus SC (active ingredient is Fipronil 9.7%)
Mix with Precor IGR concentrate active ingredient (Methoprene 1.2%)

Fipronil and Methoprene are the two active ingredients in Frontline collars
The Taurus kills adult fleas and Precor keeps eggs from hatching up to 7 months.

Simparica been using it for a couple years and haven't seen a tick or flea on my hounds. I have seresto collars on my yard dogs and haven't seen a flea or tick on them since we put them on.

Most of the reactions I've heard of with Seresto collars are on small breed dogs. I haven't had any issues with dogs over 40 pounds. Seresto is a combination of Advantage and a Permethrin analog so it is basically like Advantix in a collar. I use them on all my dogs along with Simparica.

Did I mention Free Shipping? lol
