With only 13 dogs still in. That would be one 4 dog cast and three 3 dog cast.
The top 3 cast winners are automatically in the final cast. This will leave only one cast winner left. No need for the 4 round.
How will this be handled?

Every year they only have a round 4 if they need to narrow it down to 4 dogs..
