I have a DC40, changed battery, charged and tried using it. It wouldn't connect to unit. I removed the collar from the unit and added it back, updated, and changed antenna. Now it will show a distance to right of dogs name but a ? Mark to left. When I select it I can only reset or change name. If I select map I can see it on there but can't go to map on the dog itself. Any ideas.

Mike, I am a little confused but. How is the light flashing on the collar. It is going to be a single flash which means it has not picked up a satellite connection and will not work till it does. I could be double or triple flashing which is good. Any other sequence is not good.

Its a single blink. The handheld when I turned it on started at about 22ft and went all the down to 0 feet. It shows a full battery and shows full bars on comm.

Single flash indicates the gps antenna/corcuit is not working. I dont know any fix.

I am still heavily medicated not to sharp with my wit this morning lol. It's not that I am wrong all that much y'all would rather quit breathing than addmit I am right lol. And Bruce just flat gave up on debating with me. And the redbone guys I can compliment them on their wins and they still get mad ain't no pleasing them lol.
