One of my dc 40 collars is completely dead and it won't connect to the charger to start charging. Anyone else have this problem or know anyone that could fix the collar?

I think collar clinic is just about the only one that works on them. I would bite the bullet. Buy a t5.

When they do as you explained it generally is the processor and there is no fixing them. If I understand it won't turn on and when attached to the charger the lights don't come they.
There is no hope for that one.
