Horsecreek Kennels has been a little quiet lately.
Took Panic and Cricket out tonight. 1st drop they both struck off the leash and went around 300 yards treed in a big post oak. Sure they had it but no chance of finding one in that tree.
2nd drop they struck a hot one and once they got it outta the water they both loaded up with the coon. Looked to be a sow and little ones.
3rd drop they bumped around until they got on the right end and worked what seemed to be an older track out to around 450 yards and loaded up. Big den. Both hounds looked really good. Cricket is outta shape but we're working on that.
Gonna try our luck next week at a RQE. Hoping we can get them qualified.

Got lucky last night and Panic is now qualified for the UKC zones. She's now been qualified 3 years. Coon dog.
