Garmin T5 treed status

I just bought a brand new T5. It will not show treed status on handheld. Doesn't matter if I'm holding it or actually using it hunting. I have several other collars and never had this issue. And yes collar has been updated and setting on handheld is for treeing dog.

This topic might have been discussed on here before....sorry if it has and I havnt seen it.

Any help appreciated.

.

Go into setup and check what dog alerts. You should have a selection on treeing, pointing or no alerts. Make sure treeing alert is on.
