Maybe I am being too impatient ?

May 4th I decide to renew my BBOA member ship via UKC.
First thing I notice on payment page ..it does not show as a secure page.
Now I am not real savvy so maybe it is .I don't know.
Immediately get an email stating My membership cannot be processed because one cannot be found.
I have been a member every year since 1980 so this is a little more than troubling.
Turns out I wrote my number down EXACTLY but the beginning 0 messed up them finding my previous membership.
Mean time an email stating I would be contacted within 48 hours.
I had to email member services because I was never contacted concerning the problem.
They said they had been out of the office for the last few days.
Okay all straightened up. New card will be mailed out in 3-5 business days. May 9th.
Lets see 5 business days to fill out a card? Okay.
Give them to the 16th.
Emailed again. Where's my card ?No reply.
AS OF TODAY .STILL NOT GOT MY CARD.
US mail does not take 10 days anywhere in the country.
Just tried calling.
Can't even leave a full reply on voice mail.It cuts you off.
Just re -emailed.
I had to blow some steam.

if you go on your email there should be attachment click on it and your card will be there to print out also ukc had all membership cards with them past weekend the girl said she was going to mail them out this week

we picked our card up at the event I hope this helps
