had up, down, and sideways weather since winter ended and it decided to get moderately cold again. last couple days been chilly and got some sleet and snow to go along with some nice rain. just aint right when everything greener than usual and leaves coming on. tonight got out later then wanted to with minn and sky was low 30s temp and in teens with windchill. i enjoy the temps for hunting but kind of nerve wracking when have half the crops planted already.

first dump girls went out 100yds then split off in different directions both striking tracks in aways with sky running and treeing on huge brush pile, minn treed with single. next 2 runs they hunted together and treed a double then a single. still dont have new waders and bit bullet on last tree crossing balls deep cold water to avoid longer walk to crossing spot. was real fun...
