We had a great time there for an even greater cause this weekend. The total dog count hunted was 246. Not as many as we wanted for sure, but more than if we didn't try to help these kids. If you have never been there, you really should go. It is truly a feel good weekend knowing that you are helping a child in desperate need, all the while, keeping the cost to them and their family at zero dollars so they may concentrate on getting well.

I ISSUE EVERY COMPETION HUNTER A CHALLENGE!!

Next year, enter the hunt through the pre-entry process at UKC. Your money will go to help this great hospital and the kids that us. Even if you never plan on making the hunt, send in your pre-entry. It will be $30.00 sent by you to help these kids. You won't be hurting anything, since you have to confirm when you are there that you will hunt or not. Think about how many more dollars we could send on behalf of coon hunters to help out. Heck, you could even mark your entry as donation only, and that you will not be hunting, but you wanted to help out. I promise you that you will have a warm feeling inside knowing you are trying your best to help make a difference for these less fortunate youngsters and their families. EVERY PENNY COUNTS. Please think about it and do what you can.

Sounds great , That's wonderful that they are going to take pre entries and allow people to put not hunting or hunting on them for a great cause.
