garmin issues..

my alpha w a tt15 has been acting up, I have been losing communication. I hunt in the same place year round (brookville lake & surrounding areas), I have never had a problem with my collar losing signal until recently, my dog was over 7 tenths of a mile treed & it lost signal and showed a question mark & has been doing it a bit, ever since that night.. any info would be greatly appreciated.

Questions mark is all ours ever did get on the flat ground a hour north of you but we never got near 7/10 of a mile but i think we got 7 foot once ,but we picked it up at 7 miles with the roof top antenna once on the way back from town then switched antennas when we got back and right back to question mark

id update the collar(s) and handheld and or also check the collar for any major and or minor breaks in antennas theres also a cable running through the rubber up into the little square on collar strap... I know when I use a garmin shocker it sometimes interferes with the tracking collar T5 and I get a ? mark and ive noticed some lights interfere with my handheld!! to many variables go into these issues! look up garmin support and give em a call !!

Another thing you can chk is those alphas and garmins are sensatzive to some led lites !!, turn all the lights out yours and whomever is with you and see if it's deosnt come back pretty quick if not pull antenna off of collar clean both the antenna connection and where is sets in the collar itself both of these things might resove your issue
