Greg hagerman owns jake. I've started a few outta Jakes and different females the 1st I started were all hard stay put tree dogs most were loaners. They were fair strike dogs and 1st tree dogs that aren't scared to go hunting. Most his pups are with pleasure hunters as far as I know. Best of all they start early and on there own just take them to the woods

Ive hunted with a couple dogs out of Jake like what ive seen

I've had two out of Piazon x Alice still have one . Both nice in their own right . First one hunted harder . both tight mouth unless its hot.stay put tree dogs chop on the tree. Easy to hunt and smart.

I don't own a hair on jake or any of gregs dogs I've been lucky enough to start and own a few out of jake and different females i really like like what he throws.

Thanks nick. We will see how he holds up. His hunt style is more along the lines of what I like. I'm hard to please like many others out there but first and foremost a hound had gotta disappear for me. The few drops I've seen him go I can see already he isn't scared of the deep dark timber. He is a strong solid of a tree dog a son I have seen in a blue hide. Now we gotta see how accurate he is. Thanks again for the info and your help in tracking down this line for me.

I have never even seen him. Mike Sheppard owns him. He goes by "Surveyor" on here. Seems like a straight up guy. I do own a female out of him that is a winner for sure. Unlike the other gentleman posted she is open on the ground and a hard treedog. If I could hope for one thing it would be a little better mouth. She will hunt pretty close if she can strike one but put on your walking boots if she doesn't.
