Bruce Conkey...Garmin Question

I have a collar that went haywire.

Last night it showed the dog still a half mile away when I walked upto his tree.

I turned it off and deleted the collar off my Alpha, then added it back, but now the handheld will not pick up the collar.

What is the deal?

.

John my guess is something went wrong in the GPS antenna circuit or GPS antenna itself or wire with your collar.
Without the GPS antenna you will get the results you mentioned.

The only thing you can do is try and update your collar.

Besides that call Garmin at 1800-800-1020 and if it is in warranty you should get a new one. If it is out of warranty it should cost about $99 to replace.

I checked my records kind of quick and saw a few orders from you off my website but not for a collar. If I missed something and it came from me and is under warranty please call the store at 1-904-692-1568 anyone that answers can help you.

I didn't get it from you. It came from a buddy who was selling out at the time.

Thanks for the help.
