I got a call today that Billy the brother in law of Randy and Leroy Coulter passed away Saturday at the age of 65. Billy was born with a mind that never developed beyond that of a child and with weakness in his legs the Dr's said he had lived 25+ more years than most anyone with his condition. He has been a fixture around the hunts in our area for most of his life. He loved to show his dogs and was always a winner in his own dog show down here at Seneca. He was always proud to show off his trophy collection or trophers as he called them. Billy never failed to sing us his rendition of Jesus Loves Me and conned whoever was in the kitchen into adding coffee to his water bottle. The farther Billy walked the closer he got to the ground sometimes to a crawl but I never once heard him complain. He had a true love for hounds, if you dropped by Randy' s you could always find him setting by a dog house petting one of his dogs or playing with puppies. I'll never forget when he told me he has been banned from bingo, Billy loved going to the church for bingo with his sisters and at bingo one night he said a cuss word and the sisters told him he would be banned for taking like that.
Billy died suddenly after a day full of him laughing and smiling.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Coulter family and the Mulberry, KS community. God welcomed one of his special ones home.

I will add this about Billy, he was such a kind soul that would just lighten up your day. Billy will be truly missed around the Seneca club. God has a new hunting buddy with him know.

Ron you are right Billy was one of those that when you were around him you forgot any cares you had in this world & couldn't help but smile. His simple ways touched many people.
