100% no doubt he would be sitting on top of the all time $ list. Im talking by a huge margin had he lived 2 or 3 more years. I've hunted with most if not all of the top 6 all time winners and habit was the best imo night in and night out. He was so consistent. He would have done struck and drove a track and treed by the time the other dogs got done sniffing butt and pissing on everything. I guided him 1 night and after a hour he had blown thru all the good land i had and had treed coons every drop. I told John all I had left was some game management land that didn't have any coons on it. He said let's go then, habit will show you what's there. I thought it was just John being his cocky little self but he wasn't just bragging. Habit drove in there and made it look easy treeing 2 more singles. He ws the best I ever seen and i got to see him way more than I wanted. The only time I ever won against him, he had got out of hearing and we didn't hear him the rest of the hunt.
