for those of you that have them, what do you think of the Beakon light? I'm thinking of getting one.

Beakon......

A buddy was using one on a night when we hunted together.....it was ok, but I didn't think it was very bright.

I have had one for a year with the 2 small red lights. Works good, last well, only con is the size. K lights have been good to me this is my third one. If it aint bright enough to find a coon buy a new dog dont blame the light.

can't speak for the beacon as i have 21 volt belt with a g2 head and if you can't see the top of a tree you must be vision impaired or blind and i've had it for years in fact the belt is over 8 years old now !

Man I have the old XL head on a cap. They don't make them anymore. Sent the light in last week because I couldn't get it to charge. They replaced the top of my battery pack and gave me two cords. All for no charge. This old thing isn't under warranty. If that ain't great customer service then I don't know what is. And by the way, that old XL don't have any trouble reaching them tall trees. I would recommend them to anyone. That beacon is pretty bright and goes a pretty good distance. The eclipse is probably as bright, just a wider light. Beacon is tighter in my opinion.

Beakon.....

The 21 volt Beltlight with the G2 Head is a Nice Light that is pretty bright.
The Caplight my Buddy was using just wouldn't reach the Tops of the tree's like the Beltlights.

A lot better options for same money. I really don't see how they compete. And a product that looks like the same Chinese lights you see on Amazon with a color mod rigged up.

Not sure about the beacon, but the g2 with belt pack is cream of the crop. Brightness second to no one . Great people to do business with to.

your darn right and talk about battery life 20 years ago if you said you only charged your light every week or 2 they would say you don't hunt much do you ! it's a little more weight but you never have to walk out in the dark !

I own a BeaKon and I really like it. The bushwacker belt light is brighter, I have a buddy who I hunt with alot that has one. With the BeaKon you get top notch customer service and it's as bright as almost anything. The only fault I find to it is the pop covers mine has, if it had some colored LEDs with a switch I'd keep one forever, but with that said I'll probably be buying a bushwacker the next time I need a light. Hope this helps.

K-light

I also have had a beakon for a couple years and have used it pretty hard. No complaints and plenty bright.
