My Alpha 100 has ( can't unlock maps) on the screen when I turn it on.
What does this meen and can I fix it ?
I have also been trying to put Birdseye on it and it won't work

Call garmin at 1800-800-1020. They will work with you over the phone and have it fixed in a few minutes. Have your alpha and be at your computer.

Thank you Bruce my Alpha has Birdseye up and running it was 2 problems the first was a glitch in the Alpha and then I had too big of a SD card in it
