Southern Monroes last Mini Slam for this year will be Friday,October 28th.There is a $ 200.00 added purse put up by the club and the membership.This should make for a good turn out and some pretty good cash pay back and of course the UKC wins that come along with it. They will also be serving those Giant tenderlion sandwichs. Please plan ahead to attend the weather will be cool and coon should be moving..For any further information call Ed Robertson 812 272 7713 . Added purse split between top 4 cast winners with plus point's.

Wish I had time to make the drive, I would come on over for this one, but I'll be tricker treating. Hope to make a trip this fall sometime though. Good club to go to, been very welcoming each time I've been there.

Next Friday night October 28th . Weather is supposed to be just right low of 43 degrees and cloudy according to accurately weather.There will be a Calcutta also so there will be even more money to be won.

The bench show deadline time is 7 o'clock. The hunt deadline on the above post is incorrect. The hunt deadline is 9 o'clock as advertised on the UKC hunt page and in the bloodlines magazine.. weather looks good come on out.

It was a nice fall night the club had 23 hounds entered in the Mini Slam Most everyone had a realy good hunt with only 1 question brought back to the club. The calcatua paid out $235.00 to the hight scoreing cast winner of the top 4 dogs. The hunters choice to split the purse each one of the top four recieved $144.75 and a first place win. My apologe that no pictures were taken but some winners left before it could get done. The winners were.Nite ch pretty mojos Smokey mnt Scout owned by Van Cleek 437!/2 plus . Chiltons Tree talking gun owned by Robert Chilton 425 plus. Xbred Lucky dog owned by Jeff Ray 425 plus.Gr nit ch Pretty Burketts stylish DJ owned ,Dalton Whitaker. 150 plus. Thanks to all that came amd hunted and enjoyed the good food . Jody and Jess deserve a big thank you for all the good food. Good hunt ,Good food and Great fellowship. Isnt that what it's all about.
