 Blue female found near Pomeroy, Ohio

If anyone is or knows of someone missing a Bluetick female around the Pomeroy, Ohio area please let me know. Found on Bunker Hill Road, could have been hunting on Kingsbury, Wolf Pen Road, Ball Run Road area or may just have been dumped. Either way I'd still like to know anything about her that I can find out.
