Wayne Hooker and Bones moves on up in the UKC world hunt. Wayne has an outstanding Blue hound that he raised, and trained. Wayne is as honest as they come, and works hard to produce top quality hounds. Bones is not much more than a pup, but he sure reflects his breeding. Dennis Shepherd bred most of the dogs (esp. on the top side) in his pedigree, and a couple of dogs (bottom side) that I owned. Good luck to Wayne and Bones.................I hope you go all the way!!!!!

Can you post his pedigree Mr. Craig? I seen he made it through and was curious how he was bred being so close to us

His sire was the last son out of Dennis' Trapper dog. The mother to Bones was out of my Henry dog, and a Smokey River female. I own a littermate brother to the dam of bones. I've hunted with Bones, and he will get by himself and get treed. He has a really good mouth.

Wayne sent all of his ped to me, yet this was all that copied. I don't know how to do it all. I'm sure it is easy....if you know how!!! This looks like the bottom side of Bones. His dam was out of Henry, and Wayne's female, Darlin Blue. Blue was out of a dog I owned, Mayberry Blue Wally, which was out of Keystone Blue, and a Sooner Be Blue female, owned by Aaron Petersheim. The dam to blue was out of Trapper and Smokey River Blue Bell. Trapper on the top. There is a lot of Chief, Trapper, Diamond Jim, and a few other old Smokey River hounds in his ped. I'm sorry I could not get it all posted. At least.....I TWYED!!!!!

I do know that Bones' sire was out of Trapper, I think out of Trapper's last litter. His name was, Wallace's Shep. I don't know much about Shep's dam. I'm almost certain she was Smokey River. Wish I could do better.
