GRNITECH Thompsons circle T red Zoe

After taking Zoe to MU yesterday and having several tests run I got the okay to breed her again. I have a couple studs in mind but would like to get some other opinions. I have recently bred her to GRNITECH The Red Rocker and GRNITECH Crooked River Red Turkey with great results. Zoe is due to come in to heat around the 1st of April but with me being in Florida and her being in Missouri I need to start a plan of action now. I look forward to the suggestions!

Stud dogs

Larry Townsell's Big Ridge Psalm and Jim Kumbergs Crosscountry Dollar Bill are littermates. Neither one of them are stud dogs. But I can see where either one of them should cross super good with your female. Both these males have GREAT big mouths, hard treedogs, and they will kick dirt in ya eyes getting gone. They are both winners. They don't come with all the bells and whistles, but if you are looking for a COONDOG they will fit the bill. Larry and Jim are stand up guy's, that will shoot cha straight.
If you happen to choose either one of these males, please put my name #1 on the list.

Considering that Outlaw Ann and G-Man are first cousins, I'd definitely like to see her bred to G-Man and bring some of that old blood back. JJ Jr and Outlaw Jack were from the some of the best competition dogs in the breed. Add another 30 big time winning Gr. Nt. Ch. to the pedigree.

TMack said he would raise the litter for you.

You could pick one with all of the bells and whistles. You know how Haze daughters and Rocky cross. So I wonder how a Rocky daughter would cross with Haze. Oh my goodness, two of the top reproducing sons out of one of the top reproducers all in one pedigree. Isn't that what linebreeding is all about? Wouldn't that be a "proven cross"? Seems like one of those no-brainers to me.
Or you could just drop her off here in Chattanooga on your next trip through. You would get a Son of Haze and a Grandson of Rocker's full sister all in one package. You should swing through Greencastle on one of your trips and hunt with the 3 Boone offspring that Jared has up there.
Isn't it great that you have all of these top studs to choose from now? It didn't use to be that way.

Gr.Nt. Sterkis' Midnight Bow (RowdyxMusic) Zoe was bred to him several years ago and the cross was a bust. The pups didnt get into the right hands I only know of one living pup out of that cross and Ron Swan owns her.

Rocker = good ,Turkey = good , Moonshine should equal good too.
Turbo would be good too I bet. Both Turbo and Shine were already on my radar. Now I have added several more!

So far lots of good suggestions with endless possibilities of linebred crosses and outcrosses! Richard its not as easy as you may think!

I'm counting 13 Gr.Nt.Ch. in this 3 Generation Pedigree and bringing together two powerhouse littermates Gr.Nt.Ch. Glissen's Jesse James Jr. and Gr.Nt.Ch. Ficken's Outlaw Jack top and bottom. Hard to miss here. Bring back the loud mouth split tree dogs of the 90s with the go power and speed this breed is desperately needing through concentrated Timber Jack breeding. This cross would be 4x Timber Jack.

Outlaw Ann was the best Tmack ever hunted for his grandpa. You could tree her on her first locate from over a mile away. This came from concentrated breeding of some of the fastest and loudest tree dogs this breed has known. I'd like to see that old blood pulled out and expressed again here.

Wrights Little Girl II and Glissen's JJ Jr. also had booming mouths and the loudest Mike Wright has ever hunted. These were loud one locate pressure tree dogs. That's what this breed really needs is drive, heart, loudness, and locating speed if we are going to compete on the big stage consistently.

We bred one Rocky female already in PKC Silver Ch. My Sweet Caroline, and she had 12 gorgeous dark red pups. Even though they are young yet, the owners are really happy with this cross. I got a good feeling on this litter.

There are so many choices today in stud dogs and I don't think you can go wrong with any of the males listed above. I'm just a little partial to this old blood. It reminds me of 70s Rock and Roll. haha

Borgstadt

I was in the same spot as you for awhile as what to breed Ginger to. There are so many good reddogs to choose from these days. On that thought, there isn't a better studdog out there to breed your female to than GRNITECH DEUCE (jmo). But Deuce isn't a PP or SS sire. I just didn't have the extra cash at.the time.
Do your homework and I'm sure you will make the right choice.
Please keep us all posted. Good luck.

Decisions, decisions, decisions.....Oh my goodness.....Here is another one for you. What tree dogs they would make and what mouths they would have. You should go up and hunt with Chad and Coupe one night so that you could hear how he sounds. And what a pedigree they would have; Rabble, Moose and Rocky in 2 gen and Sally, Zoe and Star. Lots of A-listers on back also; Rusty Red, Zack, Ice, Outlaw and even a lil Timber Jack if you looked close enough. Randy could then breed Lilly to a male from this cross. Or a female from this cross could be bred to Coupe. Talk about linebreeding at it's best!

Here is another choice....I bet that I can come up with 10 or 15 more by the first of April. No one said that it would be easy.

...................Super Coupe
.................................Gr Nt Chick

Or maybe you should start an auction and breed her to the stud whose owner was willing to pay you the most money to breed her to their stud.

I hear that Gr Nt Ch AfterShock is throwing some pretty nice pups.

B III was heavy Fireball bred. You will have to get one of the Fireballers to do that side.
Heidi was heavy Rusty Red bred. You know the rest. I can give you several phone #'s of guys with Wendy (Haze X Willow) X Jim pups. Mark Zepp crossed a heavy Rusty Red female with Jim and had good results. Crossing Fireball X Rusty Red/T-Top blood seems to be a good mix. Fireball for the tree power and Rusty/T-Top for the coondog power.

Oh my goodness, I left an excellant choice out. That makes 15 that are listed and there are probably 6-10 that are not listed. How in the world do you narrow down a list of 20 studs to just one? I bet that your brain is buzzing.
