It is,,or atleast used to be,,but they do charge a 5 dollar entry fee to get in,but I think that last for the whole weekend,,
If you're in hunt or show,you get a free pass to get in also

Oh ok thank you guys. Do you know if it's first come or reservation for camping spots? And if you wanna watch a dog hunt they let you go along right?

It's just a big open field not really any sites so camp where you want. And they don't let you just go on a cast pretty sure you have to ask a guy handling the a dog to be a spectator or if the whole cast would agree to let you go along and spectate. If they let everyone and anyone go watch a cast you could have a hurd of people out there. Aha
