.

Go to your dog alerts on your handheld and make sure it is set up for treeing dog and the alerts are turned on.

If it isn't the way the dog is treeing and everything is updated, then you may try to connect the collar to your computer and do a master reset to the collar itself. Then you may try deleting the collar from the handheld and reinstalling it. It seems if I have a problem with mine, this process will usually correct it.

I just purchased a TT-15 for my Alpha and I just keep loosing signal. It picks up, drops, picks up, drops over and over. I purchased the collar new, is there some kind of update I need to do with it or my Alpha? I have the Alpha that came with TT-10. Any help would be appreciated.
