TT15 Issues ?

Have issues with TT15 collars. The toning works great but the shocking is not working at all. Has anyone else had this problem ? Have recently updated both the hand held and the collars.

When you use your training buttons what are the letters under each button "M C T"? Not to be mean but you won't feal a shock until it's at 8, you've got it up high enough?

I sure don't know the problem but I would say be careful about turning up the dial on that shocker as being the problem. My Alpha will make my dogs squeal on setting 3-4. I think setting mine on 8 would just about cause the to jump about 3 feet sideways.

The letters are correct. Have held them in my hand and went from 1-18 and no shock on "M" and "C", but will tone on every level. Trying to put a handle on some running dogs but not having any luck with with it not working.

.

I locked myself out of my account this weekend or I would have answered earlier.

I don't want us to be mixing apples and oranges here. There are two different ranges for the ALPHA collar to stimulate at.
One is called traditional and one is called linear.

The numbers or range for traditional are 1-6 just like the older tri-tronics trash breaker and most other systems. The numbers for the linear range are 1-18. If you have it on linear set at 6 that is really not very high and only equal to a two on the traditional stimulating systems. In your training set up you can change to which range you want to use. Most people working hounds would use the 1-6 or traditional range and run it on 4 or above. That would be like 12 on the linear range.

PUT IT ON 6 HIGH,,OR 18,,depending on how you got it set,,put a firm grip on it,and hit the button,,that will tell you if its working or not,,lol,,really I wouldn't advise that,,but I have done that before,,it will wake you up if it's working,,lol,,you should be able to put it on high and put collar by your ear when hitting the button,,and hear it if it's working,,I can set mine on 4 (traditional) setting on high side and hear mine work,,,good luck
