just got a new alpha went out once 2 dog system worked fine back out a week later can track both collars but only one will train but it works when I try both collars got the update for the alpha at garmin neither collar required an update and I must have turned off the training part because neither works now anybody had this happen any help appreciated

When you go into the setup and then training section are your collars available on the training list? Also what are the letters across the top under the three buttons. Is it M C T?
