Boss light issue

I have a boss light approx 4 months old, used it the last few times with out recharging it.It died completely a few nights ago and now when I put it on the charger it automaticly goes to green and is barley charging the light. I left it on charger for last 12 hours or so. And took it off the charger and turned it on high and it will last for about 20 seconds before shutting off.charger issue or light issue? Do I mail to boss light or conkeys?

Make sure all the ends of the charger are plugged in completely !!! When you plug in either just the light or just the walk plug the charger will show green until it starts to charge and their will go red until charged !!! The pigtail that plugs into the charger and goes to the wall I have seen those back out and do exactly what you are describing !! You have to putpigtails in charger basicallyassemblewhen you get it just make sureallendsare pushed in andif so then proaplychargerbaD. Kevin and Bruce are top notch and will take carrot there customers as good as anyone!!!
