Yards

To me 10 yards is a lot in a hunt. If I hunt a dog I wont him on the tree not on me. Well look at it this way 35 yards is 105 feet almost 1/2 football field. I couldn't deal with that, sure isn't a tree dog to me. Hunt or please most people wouldn't buy one that does that if you look at!

Not running anybody's dog down,there was a thread on here must got deleted I guess.Some guy said he got minus in hunt for his dog meeting him and judge off the tree about 35 yards. What would you do?

That thread is still there it's called "another scoring question" If you read the post his dog doesn't sound like he normally does that. The cast stood 35 yrds from the dog for the whole 5 min. My dog holds preasure pretty good but that's asking allot out of any dog.
